How much do your wedding dresses cost?
Our wedding dresses currently start at €399 and range—depending on the model and design—up to over €2,800, all prices including VAT. Any potential alterations and accessories will be discussed with you separately and transparently.
How many wedding dresses do you have to choose from?
At Herzlich Braut, you can try on over 350 wedding dresses right here in the store. Our selection ranges from sizes 32 to 60 and includes a variety of silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and styles.
Can I just drop by for a fitting appointment?
We provide individual consultations for our brides and wish to focus entirely on you and your guests during the appointment. To ensure your privacy is fully protected, no other brides or guests will be present in the shop during this time. We therefore ask for your understanding that you must first schedule a consultation appointment to receive your individual consultation.
How many guests can I bring to my consultation?
You can bring up to five guests to your consultation. Please do not bring pets. To ensure you can focus entirely on finding the perfect wedding dress during your appointment, please arrange for a trusted person to look after any babies or small children at home.
Can I take a wedding dress home with me right away?
If you fall in love with one of our wedding dresses in the store and it fits, you can buy it and take it home right away. We also offer a wide range of wedding dresses to suit almost every preference.
What are the delivery times if a dress is ordered for me?
Delivery times vary slightly depending on the manufacturer and availability. Currently, delivery times are approximately 2–5 months. If you are in a hurry: We stock a large number of wedding dresses at our location in Prüm. If you find a suitable dress in our inventory, you can take it home with you right away. Please also bear in mind that minor alterations are often required to ensure the dress fits perfectly.
Where can alterations to my wedding dress be made?
You can have alterations made to your wedding dress—such as shortening the straps or hemming the skirt—at one of our local partner tailor shops. Of course, if you prefer to use a tailor of your own choice, you are welcome to do so. Please note that this often requires an additional 2–4 weeks; keep this in mind when scheduling your fitting.
How can I pay for my dress?
Once you’ve found your wedding dress, a deposit of 50% of the total price is due. The easiest way to pay the deposit is via debit card (Girocard/EC card). Please note that we only accept cashless payments. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks after purchase.
Can I choose the dresses for the fitting myself?
When you arrive for your personal consultation, you can browse our wedding dress collection to find the perfect gown. You will be assisted by our experienced consultant, who will happily suggest suitable gowns for you to try on.
How many dresses can I try on?
Since trying on wedding dresses is a brand-new experience for many brides, you can try on up to 10 gowns during your appointment. In our experience, it often takes a little time to be certain about which cut and style suit you perfectly. We give you that time during your personal wedding dress consultation.
Do you also carry evening wear, or outfits for First Communion or Confirmation?
We are a specialist in bridal fashion and accessories based in the Southern Eifel region. We carry an extensive selection exclusively of wedding dresses, bridal accessories, and engagement and wedding rings. We do not currently stock evening wear or outfits for First Communion or Confirmation.
What should I wear to a wedding dress fitting?
If you already have your bridal shoes, simply bring them along to the fitting. Of course, you can also choose from our wide selection of stunning, fashionable bridal shoes. We also recommend wearing light-colored underwear, as colorful or dark undergarments can show through some wedding dresses during the fitting, significantly altering the dress's visual effect.
